How To Update an Existing Installation Of the Stock Manager

1. Go to the Installation Folder of your Software. To Go there, go to your C:/ Drive, Open the Folder named Evolution Stock Manager
2. Inside the Evolution Stock Manager, open the www Folder
3. Inside the www Folder, open to the inc Folder
4. Inside the inc Folder, open the core Folder
5. Select the File called ims.sqlite, Copy this File and Paste it on your Computer's Desktop
6. If you have Completed this process, Welldone!
7. Now you can proceed with Uninstalling and Removing the Software from your Computer
-To Unistall, you have to go to your Control Panel,
-Click on Programs,
-then click
on Uninstall Program, a list of Programs Appears, look for the one named Evolution Stock Manager, click on it
-At the top of the that list, click Uninstall, this will start to uninstall the Evolution Stock Manager Software from your Computer
-Now you should go to your C:/ Drive and Delete the Folder named Evolution Stock Manager
8. If you have finished this process successfully, Welldone, you are on the right track!
9. You should now Install the SetUp you have Downloaded from the Evolution Media Group Website
The Process on how to Install is in the Notepad called How-To-Install.txt located in the folder where the downloaded setUp was
10. After Successfull Installation, You should now go to your Desktop and copy the file ims.sqlite and go to your C:/ Drive, then open the Folder Evolution Stock Manager , then open the www Folder then Open the inc Folder, then Open the core folder, then Paste the ims.sqlite file there
11. After This Process, Restart the Software if it was already open
12. Congratulations you have successfully Updated The Evolution Stock Software
13. You may now Login with your original Login Details
14. After Logging in Please go to Sort Sales, On the Sub-Menu Click Sort By Period
15. Scroll Down to the table of Sale, on the far-end of each sale just below the Delete Button, if you see a link with the words Resubmit, please click it, this helps the systems to populate new records for easy data consistency
